1) Every year approximately 3.5 tons of chewing gum are removed from the pavement of
    the historical center of Thessaloniki.

2) The big quantity remains a mystery and so, Municipality of Thessaloniki ordered
    an investigation.

3) 95.6% of Thessaloniki residents asked told the investigators they do not chew gum,
    while 2.3% do not know what gum is.

4) The remaining 2.1% thinks gum is only that soft redish stuff next to the teeth.
